Events

The NeuroNET Research Center hosts several seminars, workshops, and retreats throughout the year. These events are aimed at advancing knowledge and sharing discoveries. Our goal is to provide a vibrant and collaborative platform for faculty and trainees to interact with the broader neuroscience community in the Knoxville area.

Faculty, students, and staff are also engaged in several impactful community outreach activities focused on advancing understanding about the brain. These outreach activities include events at K-12 schools, libraries, and senior centers as well as campus events during Brain Awareness Week. Important goals of our outreach efforts are to enhance access and equity for underrepresented groups and to break down barriers between researchers and the public.
