Research Associate Professor, Department of Nuclear Engineering Forensic Psychophysiologist

Research interests and approaches: Human reliability enhancements within nuclear, high consequence (biological–chemical) and industrial systems resulting from aberrant behavior including, but not limited to, workplace violence (WPV), espionage, sabotage, petty crime, insider threat, malicious mischief and unethical behavior. This research includes the causes and predictability of certain behaviors, weaknesses, and disruptors in the physical, mental, and social well-being of the human state within the organizational construct for the prevention of aberrant behavior.
